Tidbits To Start The Season
NEED TO KNOW!
- Returning swimmers can register on the button below to sign up for the SSTC swim team this summer. Parents can pay by credit card 🙂
- New swimmers 6 and over who can swim at least one 25 freestyle and one 25 backstroke can also sign up.
- If you’re unsure? Do nothing now, show up at the team meeting at SSTC on 6/24 @ 8:30am bright and early, and we’ll work it out together!
2024 Practice Schedule
2024 practice schedule is similar but with SOME changes
M/W 7:00-8:30am practice (staggered start by experience; we finish together)
Tu/Th 8:00-9:00am practice for most advanced swimmers
9:00-10:00am practice for 9-12 year olds and 8&U
Friday NEW this year 7:00-8:00am will be INVITATION ONLY for beginner swimmers to refine skills not grasped during the week already. The invite will come out over email during the week and will not necessarily carry over week to week.
Meets are Tu or Th mornings, with a Thursday evening relay carnival sprinkled in. They last two hours (typically) once the competition begins.

7/11 @ Greenwich 7:45 warmup 8:15 start
7/18 @ Sher Le Mon RELAY CARNIVAL 4:20 warmup 4:30 start
7/23 @ SSTC vs Fuller 7:00 warmup 8:00 start
7/25 @ Bearcroft in Attleboro 7:45 warmup 8:15 start
All Pool Meet is August 3rd and 4th at Kendbrin. All swimmers are expected to attend! Must swim in two of the six meets to be eligible for participation!
